Since I have signed up to do the Indianapolis Mini- Marathon which is May 5th and just 89 days away! SO...I must get this "rear in gear" and begin my own training. I will get on that treadmill EVERYDAY for at least 30 minutes. If it is possible to walk outside, I will, and at least do once around the lake =2.5 miles. As the weather gets better I must increase the walks to 4-5 miles daily. And then finally about the last month I need to get some long walks in...maybe on the Monon...about 7.5-10 miles a couple times a week. This goal is attainable and realistic. I have done this 3 times before so YOU CAN DO THIS AMY!
