TGIF

Friday....seems like a long week. Maybe it was all the tornadoes in the country or all the flooding and rain here in and around Billings. Not sure why it seemed so long...guess I am glad it didn't rain yesterday...except a few sprinkles and the sun is out this morning. Wow!! The sun is out! We haven't seen the sun in awhile!!

Not much going on for me today. I am volunteering at NAMI, then water aerobics, then laundry and house sitting. No pressure or stress.

My friend couldn't have surgery yesterday. She has a UTI and they rescheduled for June 9th. Boy was the doctor mad at the nurse for not taking a urine specimen at the pre-op appointment!! Linda was disappointed, too. But hopefully her kids will make it down from Great Falls...if the roads aren't flooded. And she can go out to eat with them and enjoy their company...instead of being unable to do anything. Now she is in a lot of pain...but maybe there was a reason that only God knows as to why she wasn't able to have surgery. Her caregiver called it "divine Intervention" and she might be right. I will pray that she has a nice weekend and enjoys her kids while they are here. They probably won't be able to come down until 4th of July. That is the next 3 day holiday.

I did well yesterday. I tracked my food, although I didn't get it put into the tracker last night. I will get it in today. When I weighed this morning, I was down again. I don't post those weights on SP. I only post my official weigh-ins at the YMCA. We will have our next class in June. But I am still losing and on Tuesday I will see what I lost in inches during my assessment with my exercise coach. I am hoping for some big inch losses...I have gone down in sizes and I don't see how it is inches lost!!

I plan to eat good today. I tried white albacore tuna yesterday. It was really good!! I usually don't buy it, as it is more expensive than regular tuna. I got it on sale for 77 cents a can. I think that is a pretty good price!! Anyway, I will buy it again when it is on sale!! I like it!!

Well, I suppose I should get my day started. Hope everyone has a nice and dry day here in Montana!!
