Yesterday wasnt that bad. I didnt get in all my exercise. I did walk around Walmart. It rained here all day and couldnt get to the park like I wanted. Thats ok. I work today so the plan is to walk on my lunch if weather permits. I printed up 7 strength exercises and put them in the bathroom at work and in a few rooms around work. This should remind me while at work to just do a few while waiting on a fax or on a short break. I ate over my goals on all but protein so I have to work on that too. I did however throw in lots of water and fruits and veggies.
This evening the plan is to watch my taped shows while on the treadmill.
I know I can do this!
