Yesterday was an excellent day for the most part. I ate good, drank my water and walked on my lunch. .80 mile..woohoo. If you do this remember to take walking shoes. i didnt and now my ankles ache a little. It was such a beatuiful day. The calm after a storm.
I also did my strength 2 reps of squats, calf raises with chair, wall push ups, and hips flexors. This was all in part to my employee who put up in the bathroom a list of exercises that I wanted to do. They are posted on the door so that before you leave you can do a set. Well she came up to me and said that she had locked her keys in the bathroom because she laid them on the sink so she could do the exercises. How cool, I have someone that I can be in competion with to make sure that I get my strength in. When I went to the bathroom and was opening the door to leave I looked at that list and thought of her. SO I did my first set. Later on in the day after my lunch went again just to do my second set. Woohoo. I also put them in another room close to my desk so that I can sneak away to do them. I am greatful for helpful employees. And today I actually feel my legs burning. I did not get on my treadmill however since I didnt get home til 745pm. Ugh I hate long days.
So today before work Im gonna do my treadmill since I go in at 10 am and work til 730pm.
