Oh, temptation.

Summer's finally decided to show up, which means camping season has begun! My family loves to camp, but there's only one problem with that. The food. We eat and eat and eat all the time! This is fine and dandy for the family and friends I camp with whose metabolism is through the roof, but unfortunately I wasn't gifted the same :( I was doing really well last week and the week before, but this camping trip we went on over Memorial Day weekend threw everything off. Now it's time to get back on track, but it's proving to be difficult.

On top of all this, I haven't been working late like I originally did, so now my eating schedule is off again. I eat at all different times of the day, and I can't stand doing that! Hopefully our work schedule gets more regular so that I can get back on track with that too. My night time munching really needs to go.

    Maybe start again with your fast break goals for a few days might help you get back into the swing of things. Also, there is an article on this site called "one step back, two steps forward" that might help!

    I know vacation time always seems to put a crimp into a well laid weight loss plan. And it`s always the food that does us in whether it be camping or traveling. That`s when I make sure i have a cooler full of the right snacks; fruits and vegetables, nuts trail (my own) mix etc and drinks for myself Every bit helps.
