Super Sunday!!

It is a great day taday! I slept wonderful and I am off the flexiril!! One adjustment and I feel much better!! Hopefully my insurance will cover 80 % of it. That would be great!! I do have the start of arthritis in my neck, bit it is nothing like my lower spine. That has had so many injuries to it...it is no wonder it has problems!! It is getting closer to my birthday...and thinking I actually want to celebrate somehow this year. It will be so much better than last year!! I was so sick...that is when my gallbladder started acting up. I actually went to the ER the day before my birthday, as I wouldn't go on my birthday. No way was I going to be in the ER on my birthday!!



I am so glad that issue is over!! I am feeling so good...especially now that I am getting healthy!! I will be getting the sleeve put in my wall on Tuesday and then the air conditioner goes in...and WooHoo!! I am ready for the summer!! I am so happy to be getting air. I am actually looking forward to the warmer weather.

I didn't enter my food in the tracker last week. I wrote it down...but didn't add it up. I am going to be better this week!!

I have my first monthly DPP class on the 13 of June and I want a great weigh in!! I think it wiill be. I know I am still losing...but I did eat worse this past week. Not keeping it in the tracker doesn't help!!

Well, I have a lot to do...many snails and a few calls to make.
