Needing a double check....

Last Monday when I got on the scale - I DID NOT LIKE WHAT I SAW....and it really pushed me back into my game....back on was the GWF....back into push ups and Quickfires and Bootcamps......game on scale....
This morning when I got, I liked what a saw....it said -7 from last week. On Friday I got on and I was down 3...and I plugged that into my Spark...so there were 4 more...

Not possible....
Then I started to review my calories for the week, and my GWF says that I burned 12,214 calories than I ate....
Somehow I don't think it's right - but it might be????? I have also increased my water consumption by 1000% - I am drinking close to a gallon and 1/2 of water every day. I have a 32 oz. cup, and I drink at least 8 a day....so you know where else I am spending a LOT of time....so I am getting a nice flush through the old system too....
I am not going to put my new weight into Spark until tomorrow....need to double check this situation.....but it has me excited. I did notice that I could breath when I put on my pants tonight (I had yoga pants on all day before).
I do have cutie pie niece 3 days this week - so need to work really hard figuring out how to fit in my exercise, which might mean dragging this non morning person out of bed early. It is also probably a good idea, as we have gross heat headed our way - with lots of humidity....
My friend Pinkbeanboo has inspired me, so I went looking for a Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon in my area...fully expecting not to find one - I was wrong --- there is......something to consider. I don't think I'll fully decide until after my 10K in July......HMMMM.
