Restart - Plan Measure Track!!

My weight loss has slowed down and it`s no wonder I`ve been in this emotional overeating cycle, and while some choices were good enough in that I didn`t gain, but could have been better.
Recently I`ve been making the effort for some more healthy and simple food choices I can prepare quickly...and of course make left overs for another meal...only problem I was eating the left overs, and still craving junk.
I just thought about my successful time last year, what was it like? Well I was tracking and measuering and planning a lot more.
And it just got me thinking, if I`m not in the right frame to control myself with portion sizes I`ve got to measure and track so I know exactly what I`m eating.
So I tried it for the past 3 days, planning home made meals, properly measuring and portioning and it just works. I must admit I have been hungry at times but I assume its just getting used to not eating double portions.
Hopefully with a serious effort to spark over the summer I can break this plateau. Because I never gave up I didn`t regain alot. I haven`t seen this weight from my late late teens, so I`m doing good. If I don`t give up, it`ll get even better!
