Doing More...

I decided I just have to do more. I understand that SP has to cover themselves by giving me little warnings about burning too many calories...I respect that.

However...I have been stuck for awhile, and I have watched the Biggest Loser for how many seasons now? Since it started. Those folks are absolutely not eating enough to cover 6-8 hours of working out.

Yes, yes. I know they are under medical supervision and they are on a TV show. I get it. I'm not thinking of working out 8 hours a day. But, it seems like one or two hours a day isn't gonna kill me or anything. And I am starting to feel good enough to want to do more. So. I am gonna.

    I've come to the exact same conclusion! I'm not working out crazily either - who has time for that? But I have increased my workouts a bit. When I get starved hungry, I will go over my calories - but not too much, cause I think of what I eat in terms of treadmill minutes. And going over, is right now only happening once to twice a week. I am seeing results. Hope you will be too!!

    I think everything when it comes to "dieting" is a generalization.. each person is different. We can follow plans but we have to learn how to tweak them to fit our personal bodies/lifestyles! P.S. I wanted to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new background and colors!
