1. I will eat when I'm hungry.
2. I will not feel guilty.
3. I will own my choices and learn from them.
4. I will track my food intake. All of it. Every day.
5. I will drink at least 64 oz. of water daily.
6. I will use positive self-talk to encourage myself.
7. I will set reasonable expectations.
8. I will be kind to myself.
9. I will be active.
