6 Weeks to a Better Me: Wk 1, Day 1

Today, I started a six week challenge/accountability period with some friends. What exactly do I want to see when I'm done? Hmm...
1) I'd love to lose the 19 pounds left in my 10% challenge. My weight today is 277, which is up one pound from last Tuesday's weigh in. But that's ok. I didn't work out as much, and I ate out at least 5 times last week. So I wasn't nearly as careful. So technically, I have 20 pounds to go. That will take some work and commitment. But I am up for the challenge.
2) Release some demons (for lack of a better term) that haunt my psyche. Enough said there, I think.
3) Build better habits. I really need to get my habits and rituals down before I enter another hectic academic year. This is the only time (meaning summer) to get it together. I just want to get it right now so I can incorporate it in my daily habit (exercise included).
