It never ceases to amaze me how quickly you can see results by following the spark plan. So a week of /mostly/ keeping in range, exercising most days. It was enough to break my plateau to under the 200lb mark.
This was at the start.
Now. But you can see the change in my body shape.
Still further improvement needed so I should perserve with tracking to see results. Persistence and perserverence are key! Just a few more lbs and I`ll officially not be OBESE anymore!
Could be an exciting summer
