I am so tired today (and the last two days). I made it to my workout but I have struggled to stay awake. I just slept for a couple of hours on my couch. I think I feel better, but I'm not sure. I hope I can find my energy tomorrow. I need to get some good workouts in to make up for the fatigue I've felt this week.

Oh, I am also guilty of extreme snacking today. I'm pretty sure I consumed 80% of my calories by 1 pm today. For the first time ever, I think at least, I threw away snack foods. I need to track what I ate in order to know the damage I've done.

So here's to a better tomorrow!

    Tiredness is the blog theme of the week it seems! On one blog, someone jokingly blamed it on the summer solstice...but I wonder if there's anything to that.

    i feel you on the lack of energy!! i am hoping after a few weeks of being on track and eating better that i can improve my energy.

    i find it astonishing how easy it is to go overboard with the snacking and how fast the calories add up. like, when i'm not paying attention i could eat handfuls and handfuls of chips...then fall out of my chair when i look at the nutritional information and realize that a serving is like, 9 chips. LOL! the nutrition tracker is my best friend, when i use it.

    tomorrow *will* be great!! i hope you are feeling less fatigued, and soon! :)
