I am so tired today (and the last two days). I made it to my workout but I have struggled to stay awake. I just slept for a couple of hours on my couch. I think I feel better, but I'm not sure. I hope I can find my energy tomorrow. I need to get some good workouts in to make up for the fatigue I've felt this week.
Oh, I am also guilty of extreme snacking today. I'm pretty sure I consumed 80% of my calories by 1 pm today. For the first time ever, I think at least, I threw away snack foods. I need to track what I ate in order to know the damage I've done.
So here's to a better tomorrow!
