No catchy title...just my blog!!

I had some sleep last night and had a good day. I was up early again and went to water aerobics at 8 am. It felt good. I sat in the hot tub and relaxed after. They have a part out in the heater for the pool, so it has been chilly lately. I sit in the hot tub to relax, bit more to warm up my joints after my swim!!

I went home to see my cat and pet him a bit. I called my friend in Hawaii...I am planning on taking a friend and going there in December!! Exciting!! We are going to look at ticket prices...and I hope I can still get a good price. I am excited about going and I think Becky is glad we are coming. I will finally get to meet her 3 kids. I haven't seen her since 1998!! Her husband is in the air force and they have been in Idaho, North Carolina, England and Maryland before Honolulu.

Looks like a storm is blowing in again tonight. Hopefully the dog will not get too excited by it!! I am letting her run in the yard right now.

Did good on my food intake and tracking today. Lots of fruits and veggies today. I wanted some dark chocolate tonight, but no fat or calories left so had sugar snap peas instead. No quite the same...but the were sweet and juicy!!
