O hi again!

Hello my fellow sparkers! I'm baaaack! After a three week vacation from reality...I'm back at it. I hit the gym this morning and for real feel the motivation to get a move on it!
I let myself go and gained back majority of the weight I lost last fall...sad story...but, the great news is that I didn't gain it all back! This means that I have not totally fallen off the wagon...I do have to say that I started a new BC pill that really seems to be messing with my body a bit more...right about the time I started taking it, I noticed a big weight gain...but that's not the reason for the continuation...I just got lazy and didn't find a way to work exercise into my schedule.
So, here I am ready to figure out my chaotic summer schedule. No matter what...exercise will happen in the morning before my day gets started. So, whether I wake up at 5 or 7 to get my workout in...it will happen. I have to PLAN! Who'da thought! LOL. So, I am totally prepared with a printed off chart of my weight goals, workout schedule, and eating plans!
I'm ready for success. Summer is here and the fact that I feel horrible in a swimsuit is unacceptable...so I am putting a change to that!
