Happy 4th of July

I had a great day! Spent the day with Ethan. We got groceries, watched movies and played the Wii. He is a busy young man!! He was so good when we went shopping. He did ask for one toy and I reminded him that I had gotten him flip flops and the other day we got him t-shirts. He didn't ask again. It isn't that I spent that much money on him, just that he usually doesn't even ask. He was well behaved in the stores and only asked once. That's pretty good!!

I am getting a massage tomorrow morning. I am not getting an adjustment this week as my chiropractor is on vacation, so I figured a good massage might feel really good!! Anyway, I am looking forward to it!

I did well today with my food tracking and intake!! I am under on almost everything...although being on this plateau could be because I am not getting enough of what I need!!

It wasn't hot here today like yesterday. It is still 74 degrees now at 10:56 pm, so warm enough.

I am listening to all the fireworks outside...hope they don't go on all night!! I took a nap, so will read for awhile before I go to bed.
