Breaking a plateau with enough sleep...amazing!!

I didn't think I would ever break this plateau I was coasting on...but after a good night of sleep...8.5 hours...I am down 4 pounds!! I am so glad I didn't give up!! I could have easily chucked the whole thing and just ate what I wanted for the last 2 weeks. It definitely would have made it worse...but I stuck with it!! I am now below 220 pounds and so thankful for all the support I have gotten during this difficult and frustrating time!!
I went to water aerobics for 40 minutes yesterday and did yoga for 1 hour! Wow! What a day! Not sure I could do that everyday...but it might be an option for Tuesdays...if I am up early...go swim and then at 5:30 pm go and do yoga. It was difficult...I am not able to do all the poses, but I tried hard and I think I benefited from it!
Now a question...can I track Yoga on the Fitness Tracker?? I couldn't find it and I tried to use the help button, but it didn't give me an answer. Anyone out there with help, it will be greatly appreciated!! Kayli...do you know??
It looks like a nice day out. Sunny and I don't mind warm or even hot now that I have air conditioning. This has definitely been the most pleasant of the last 3 summers!!
I have to apologize for the skimpy blog yesterday...I was getting a bit down from not losing and I was really tired last night!! I was in bed by 9 pm.
I hope everyone has an excellent day!! I am doing water aerobics and helping a friend pack some things from her husband that she left...he was abusive to her and her son, very controlling...and had a girlfriend on the side. I am glad she left him!! I know starting over is hard...but sometimes it is the best choice!! I just hope she sticks to it and doesn't go back!! Not trying to judge the guy...just giving you the facts!! It could happen with a woman, too!! So not being sexist!
