I'm supposed to be blogging four times a week. I haven't lately. Here are my latest updates and thoughts.
-This week's weigh in (Monday) - I was 277.6. I was upset, as that meant I gained 2.6 pounds over the last week. But it's all about self-accountability, and I fell short of myself in so many ways - lack of sleep, a few binge eating sprees, not working out Thursday, Friday or Saturday. So far this week, I've gotten something in (gym or otherwise) everyday. My eating is controlled. And I'm feeling good overall. I really, really need to get my eating and schedule in order. That's where I will see my results.
-In other health news, my arches are giving me problems (week 3 or so). My eye muscle is strained from being on the computer so much (trying not to be on it but I had to get on SP today). Thank you, Graduate School, for all of the discomfort you cause. Other than that, I seem pretty ok.
-I have so much writing and reading to do for school. So this whole not being on the computer thing is troublesome. I'm going to have to find my balance.
That's about it. I have tracked all of my food today. And based on it, I need to go easy on the carbs tonight and up my protein.
