I am glad it is Friday!! It seems like it has been a long week. Maybe because I didn't have many plans, although I got a lot done. I lost 4 pounds this week after staying on a plateau for 2 weeks. I am just thankful I didn't chuck it all and eat whatever I wanted when I got discouraged.

I tried Yoga again this week. It is different now that my balance is better, but some of the poses are harder due to a partial knee replacement I had done a year ago. Modify, Modify, Modify!!! That seems to be the story of my life with my arthritis and spine problems. Well, it is what it is!! I can live with it! I have been pretty successful with my lifestyle change and weight loss this far into it and I think I can continue. emoticon

I am going to do laundry soon. It is only 6:15 am so it should be rather quiet now. Not many of the folks get up that early in this apt. complex. I will be done before most people even think about getting out of bed. I don't have much to do...just need to get it out of the way before the weekend.

I have been doing good on my food tracking. The test will be on Monday, July 11, when I weigh in officially for DPP. Since we only go once a month...I have been relying on my scale...which weighs me a little lighter than the Y's scale. I hope to do water aerobics today and tomorrow. Then on Monday morning before my DPP class. That should give me a jump start for that day!! emoticon

My sleep is still on again off again. Last night it was 6 hours after a 10 hour night and an 8 hour night. I have decided it is just a fact of life for me right now. I am not fighting it. I will nap a short time today, so I can make it past a 8 pm bedtime. That is too early to go to bed on Friday night!!! What a life!

Well, laundry is calling, then I volunteer at NAMI, and then Bobbie and I will go to water aerobics. The hot tub will feel good today...if it is not too hot outside or in the Y. Their cooling system is going out and they are not able to get the part until August. Could be a warm month at the Y!!

    I love water aerobics! I don't have opportunity much anymore, but I am like a fish in water, and that's my FAVORITE kind of exercise.
