One month transformation

Hi all! Life has been nuts for me. I've been out of town again. I went home to Memphis to visit my sister and return my brother's truck to him. My parents moved here to Tulsa 2 weeks ago and borrowed my brother's truck, so it needed to be returned and also gave me an excuse to go to Memphis.
I was there Thursday thru Sunday and stayed with my sister...while she worked each morning, I went to the gym for about 1.5 hours each day. It was great. My membership includes all chains throughout the country, so I was able to visit the Anytime Fitness gyms in Memphis. Super great deal! I ate pretty poorly, which was why it was so very important to maintain my workout schedule.
I believe TOM is right around the corner, so I'm feeling a bit bloated and the scale jumped up to 154...=( But, non-the-less, I am starting a One Month Body transformation challenge with the team Tight and Toned. Here are my goals:
~30 minutes of cardio 6 times a week
~3 days of fully body ST
~Eat under 1750 calories daily
~Drink 10 glasses of water daily and NO POP!!!
~Stay away from fried foods (one month...that's IT!!)
~Lose between 5-7 lbs.
I know that I can do it! I have a workout schedule posted on my fridge and probably need to post it in my bathroom as well to remind me. I didn't get up and workout this morning before work bc I got in town so late last night...I am planning to hit the gym after my family dinner tonight. I may just go for a run, I can't remember what was on my schedule tho. I'll have to see. Either way, a workout is in the mix tonight after dinner. =)
