Started my day of great! Got in a 1.5 hour workout. 45 minutes ST, then 45 minutes cardio! Still 154 this morning, but hoping to see a drop once TOM decides to stop the bloating. Here are my beginning progress pics:
I wish I had my camera taller, but that's ok. It's the comparison that I will be going for. So, this is me, 5'2" and 154 lbs. As you can see, most of my weight is in my hips and butt, so I pray that running is going to help me to tone that junk up.

you have a tiny waist & a flat tummy. don't forget to do your squats & lunges so all the running doesn't make that perky booty flat! 3524 days ago

Beautiful smile too! Running does alot of good things, but keep up the strength training too... lunges and squats will help with those stubborn areas us ladies tend to have. Keep working hard - your looking great. Sheri 3526 days ago
We have the same shape and i too am 5'2 heehee. During the first cycle of 6w6p i lost 4 pounds and i dropped a jean size and i was only doing about 45-60 mins of exercises 5 days a week. You are definately going to get some great results!! 3527 days ago

You're body shape could be my twin! I work out and it all comes off the middle, my waist just keeps getting smaller but my butt would stay the same. I've started running which I never used to do and wow what a difference. Good luck to you, you look good and soon you'll look great :) 3527 days ago
Any weight that comes off, hopefully and if you're eating healthfully, will be from your pants size, I'm sure. Your arms and waist are clearly in great shape already.
Great job, good luck, and let me know if you'd like to chat or be buddies. 3527 days ago
