Measuring in...

My weight isn't changing too much, but my body feels different. I feel smaller and stronger. Here is my measure in for this week.

Last week:
Bicep - 10.25"
Bust - 37"
Chest - 31"
Waist - 30"
Hip - 42.5"
Thigh - 20"
Calf - 15"

This week:
Bicep - 10"
Bust - 36.75"
Chest - 31"
Waist - 29.5"
Hip - 42"
Thigh - 19"
Calf - 14.75"

Difference:
Bicep - .25
Bust - .25
Waist - .5
Hip - .5
Thigh - .5
Calf - .25

Total inches lost: 2.5

The proof of (not eating) the pudding is in the measuring tape. My arms are getting more and more defined by the day! I am now up to 40 wall push ups and I actually did 5 real push ups yesterday. PROGRESS!

Notes: I started using My Fitness Pal to track my food this week, on the suggestion of the lovely JAMBERTA. I love it. I can't say enough awesome things about it. If you have an iPhone or Droid, I highly recommend it. It is so easy to add foods and I have noticed that the calorie counts are a little more acurate. Another added bonus is that if you are eating pre-packaged food, you can scan the barcode and the food is auto-entered for you. Something else I love about it, it adds your exercise calories to the total you can eat that day. I wasn't sure about this at first, but it makes a lot of sense. Eating too little and working out too much = Too great a defecit and no one wants that.
