I had to share this recipe....so easy....so delicious......so few calories and so many nutrients!!!

They were mentioned on the Challenges for Sparkers with Lots to Lose board, and I finally had a Zucchini in the house. This one was about 3" in diameter, so the chips were the size of a round coaster....but oh so yummy.

My kids even liked them, although the little one dunked them in ketchup ...GROSS!!!!!!

New Neighbors are slowly moving in - they have a great 9 year old son that my guy is really enjoying playing with when they are here....soon it will be full time...and he will be so happy - the kids is coordinated and can ride a bike and scooter well - so they will have lots of fun.
