I tried a new recipe! Major success! I love it! It is an all veggie stir fry. Used sesame oil and sauteed stir fry veggies, bean sprouts, mushrooms, broccoli and spiced it up a bit with cayenne pepper, pepper, and light soy sauce. Here is a pic!

Snack-Spinach and fruit smoothie
Lunch-Taco salad
Snack-Apple
Dinner-Veggie stir fry with cocktail shrimp on side

Bfast-Oatmeal with blueberries
Snack/post workout-Spinach and fruit smoothie
Lunch-Turkey panini with carrots and cantaloupe
Snack-Celery and spicy guac
Dinner-Chicken and broccoli alfredo (Hungry girl recipe with shirataki tofu noodles)
~Friday~

Lunch-Bunless mushroom burger, grapes
Snack-Celery with guacamole
Dinner-Parmesan Tilapia, asparagus, zucchini and squash
This is what I had planned, but I may change one dinner...I bought some spaghetti squash and want to try a meal with it...It was on sale and I've never cooked with it before..would love some suggestions. =)
