I was at the end of clean clothes yesterday, so i put on a pair of jeans that have been too big for me thinking it would be ok with a belt. Unfortunately it fit just fine. :( I have been majorly craving sweets (especially chocolate) and definitely giving in. I also have been out of the habit of exercising. I was working hard and having great results-not anymore :(
I do have one idea in mind to help. My husband and i need to keep a large property mowed as a part of our rental agreement. So if i mow every morning, that will get my exercising in.
Does anyone know how to deal with the cravings without self-sabotaging?
