So we are on Day 3 of the FBD...it's going okay. The food is decent. I was worried we'd be hungry or get off track but so far so good. I did figure out last night that as much as I love blueberries, I will never have another blueberry smoothie...atleast not like I did last night...ewww!! (I did finish it though) emoticon

We are going to our camp in a little bit to grill some chicken with potatoes and yellow squash. This has become one of my favorite meals. Last time we went to camp we took our after meal walk and found some blackcaps and raspberries so ended up spending an hour or so picking berries (and getting all scratched up-not a good idea to wear shorts, tank tops and flip flops picking berries). emoticon

The weightloss(bloat) has been 3lbs for me, 4 lbs for my fiance...so it's working and that keeps us motivated emoticon
