Got up, did my M&F summer challenge workout (1.5 hours)! It is pretty killer! I like it tho! Hubby and I had pancakes for breakfast...he had regular ones, but I had blueberry ones with 1 tbsp sugar free syrup and cantaloupe on the side.
Going to my college roommate's bridal shower this afternoon...looking forward to seeing everyone! Going to try not to snack on foods.
Gotta admit tho, I'm kinda nervous about it! It's my biggest downfall. Not sure what I am going to be doing for dinner tonight...Hubby wants to have a cookout, but I don't want the temptation. We'll see what happens. May have to hit the gym SUPER hard tomorrow if we do a cookout. Progress pics will be posted from week one of SB Sparkies! 5 weeks to go after that. Not sure of my weight...let you know tomorrow morning. Hope it to be down to 150!
