Down that much in a week??

I was really silly last night, it was end of term (schools out woohoo) after drinks, and I thought I`d eat at the bar....but I stupidly used beer to quench my thirst and....I`m not even that much of a beer drinker. So perhaps deservedly, I was very ill by the time I came home... emoticon

Well ok I drank about a liter of barely tea in the night when I woke up, but today is weigh in day and I stepped on and it was down by 3.8kilos (8.3lbs)??

I guess it is possible, it is TOM so maybe last week I lost more than recorded.. If that`s the case yaaaaay but I think its more I may be dehydrated still....so I will drink plenty of fluids today and WI tommorow for an official weight. I guess as my mother says it`s in the waters...

BTW, I recommend roasted barely tea (mugicha) for summer time drink. It has no caffine and I knew it had lots of minerals so good for sweaty asian summers but it seems it`s health properties are pretty good!

    Some of that is probably dehydration, yes, but I would guess you definitely lost several pounds this week! Good job!
