The Reinvention of ME - Let's Go!

I still am just slogging my way around, not really staying motivated to even jump start this process. I have decided - hopefully for good - that the roller coaster of weight issues has got to stop ! It is bringing me down. My first goal is to re-read the 1st steps that SparkPeople provides (Stage 1, Stage 2 etc. of the Fast Track). I am also creating "my time" - early Saturday mornings - to have SparkTime for myself. I can read articles, mindfully decide how I want my week to look, and plan. These are my first two baby steps for this upcoming week. Enough of feeling sorry for myself! I have to be proactive and not reactive!!! emoticon
