(Contestant walks to scale)
Hostess: Cynthia, last week your weight on "The Hottest Loser" was 229.2 pounds, which was a loss of 1.2 pounds which you were very happy with. How do you think you’ve done this week?
Contestant: Well Allison, I think I’ve done fairly well. I’ve journaled everyday and had three days of killer cardio, so I feel pretty good about my week.
Hostess: Well, hop on that scale Cynthia & let’s see if your hard work has paid off....
Hostess: This week you weigh...........
(Hottest music plays, scale number fluctuates to beeping noises, music crescendos, loud poundings sound)
(clapping & congratulatory woo-hoos heard from group)
Hostess: That’s a loss of one pound Cynthia, what are your thoughts on this?
Cynthia: Allison, I’m good with it – I know it’s just a pound, but hey, I’ll take it!!!
Hostess: Well, I firmly believe that you being satisfied with your successes is a very important component and I wish you continued success as you go into your third week of this challenge...
Cynthia: Thank you Allison, I’m really looking forward to it!
Hostess: Good luck...
Cynthia (outside of house to camera): I’m happy to have a more firm foothold into the 220’s and I will keep moving on down from here!!!
Cynthia: (flip cam for personal reflection in the bedroom): I’m doing better with making time for myself in the area of exercise & this week I met my personal challenge of three times of dedicated cardio this past week. That fact alone makes me feel proud.
