So I started the "Flatbelly Diet" on 7/12. So far so good. I've lost 6 lbs...said good bye to the 150's...I think that was a boost I needed.

The "diet," though I like to think of it more as a new way of eating is relatively simple and once I got through the first four days on the jumpstart and started eating other foods, everything is really good...except I found out I don't care for Greek yogurt...or blueberry smoothies. (Which is weird because I love blueberries but they jelled up or something and ewww it was kinda gross but I finished it off...but swore that was the last one...I haven't touched a blueberry since either...lol).

I've gone through the FBD Cookbook and picked out recipes to try that sound good and so far everyone of them has been delicious...and the Chocolate-Zucchini Snack cake is so good I can't believe we can eat it :-)

I've grown accustomed to the Sassy Water...though I adjusted the cucumber amount a tad. I've always loved lemons in my water so this just made it a bit better.

If I don't walk after meals I try to get on the elliptical and I've been trying to stay active and moving which has been fairly easy since my internet has been sporadic for some reason so I've been accessing the site via my droid...which I hate the phone but glad I have it for the internet.

So yeah all in all I'm liking this plan...and the fiance is too, he has lost 12lbs. emoticon
