New week, new goals...

Sunday, July 24, 2011

This weekend was a blast! I ate like crap, and drank a lot, but I had fun. I am back on track today tho. We spent 9 hours floating the river yesterday...what fun!!

Now, on to the title of this blog...It's a new week and I'm challenging myself to track my food every day this week. In order to maintain my weight, I need to consume 2100 calories a day....in order to lose 1 lb a week, I need to consume 1600 calories. Why the heck haven't I been losing weight?! O it's probably bc I haven't been tracking my food and really have no idea how many calories I've been eating each day. So, that's why I am challenging myself to this. e I will see such better results if I actually dive all the way into the healthy eating thing by tracking my food and not going over my calories. So, my goal this week is to stay under 1600 calories each day. I will do my best checking in with this each day...

I ask my Spark friends to keep me accountable....I need to get on track with this if I want to see the results that I want!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!! Let's rock this week!!
