This workout was similar to the first one except there were no 30 second breaks. I was actually pushing as hard as I could but my HR took longer to get into the zone and didn't go as high. The not going as high is a good thing because topping 180 is probably not healthy. In the first workout I was only in the zone for 11 minutes because I was over the zone so much. This workout I was in the zone for 22 minutes, some under and some over.

It's weird that this workout seemed like it was so much shorter when it was about the same length as the others. emoticon

    Nice burn! I don't really believe "the zone" on HRMs. I feel like people who workout a lot can go over the recommended highs. At least that's my story..... emoticon
