Monday's success

Monday, July 25, 2011

Alright all, I succeeded today with no binge! Here is my total on my intake and exertion:

Monday 7/25 Stats, copy/pasted from the fun Single Day Calorie Differential Report:
Calories Eaten 1,247
BMR* 1,600
Exercise 700
Total Burned 2,300
Differential -1,053

Sweet! I'll take that differential. My exercise wasn't in the gym, but I spent 4 hours in my classroom moving furniture, walking all around the school, and cleaning it up. I also cleaned around the house for a while today.

Tomorrow's plan is to get up and work out at 6. I go and babysit from 9-4:30 for my sis-in-law and I do laundry and clean all day for her. It's kinda more of a nanny job than it is a babysit job. I just need to be there in case the older boys go hang out in the neighborhood. I will have eggwhites and toast for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and then we are going to a friend's house for a bday party for dinner. I have a hard time not snacking on my sis' food bc they have so much yummy kid munchies. I just have to keep busy and out of kitchen.

Hope everyone has a great night's rest and a great Tuesday. WOn't be able to check in til tomorrow afternoon. Night all!
