As I have mentioned before I have been working with an online fitness trainer for both nutrition and fitness. Her name is Terri West and I found her through Jackie Warner's website. I have made so many changes in my lifestyle thanks to Terri and her patience and kindness.
My main goals with the 13 week sessions were to 1) lower body fat 2) lose remaining few hard lard pounds 3) establish a GOOD well0rounded fitness regimen including cross training and ST that would go hand in hand with my beloved running.
I am happy to report that since May 15 I have changed! I love to workout. Yes, you read that right! Me! You don't have to spend hours on end doing this stuff...just consistent, smart and with a smile on your face. you must be prepared to sweat and embrace the sweat!

Most importantly, my ENDURANCE and METABOLISM is increasing!
I am finding that maintaining my weight is the easiest it has ever been and I feel so confident with my lifestyle. Sure, I still have some habits that need to be broken but after all, we are all works in progress. That is what life is all about.
Now, just try to wipe this giddy grin of my gorgeous face!!!
