Days like this

There are days when I wake up feeling like I could take on the world, and then there are days like this where I have to convince myself not to crawl back into bed and pull the covers up over my head.

Usually I can count my workout to pull me out of it but today is supposed to be a rest day. Maybe I'll do yoga? It seems like yoga best when you can focus and I just feel scattered.

So, I'll make a to-do list and start with the easiest thing. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and by tomorrow this will have passed because tomorrow is a new day.

    It takes me a while to get into a rest day. I would think with a program like Insanity they would be even more difficult. I hope you found your way to enjoy the rest day. I know how important they are for your body, mind and spirit.

    Your plan sounds like a good one... there are days that I have to put one foot in front of the other! And sometimes it's so bad, I trip over my own feet!

    I trust you tried yoga and it helped you re-focus. Hang in there... this too will pass!
