switching exercise around a little

I'm going to try switching my exercise around some.
I've been doing my yoga in the mornings then later in the day do my cardio and/or strength training. Some days I'm tired and so don't get as much of a work out as I should so...
starting today I did my strength training
this after noon cardio
and tonight relaxing yoga to help me sleep.
I think that will help me a little better with my weight loss.

    I would think that would work out better for you. Get those muscles all activated in the morning to burn off more throughout the day. Good Luck!

    You have come up with a good plan. I need to do the same thing as I am stuck in a rut. Keep us posted how it works for you.

    That sounds like a great plan...plus they say you need to switch things up a little from time to time to get the maximum benefit. Thanks for the reminder!

    Someone at the gym this morning helped me set some of the equipment a little differently so I would work different muscles. I hope I see a change.
