switching exercise around a little

I'm going to try switching my exercise around some.
I've been doing my yoga in the mornings then later in the day do my cardio and/or strength training. Some days I'm tired and so don't get as much of a work out as I should so...
starting today I did my strength training
this after noon cardio
and tonight relaxing yoga to help me sleep.
I think that will help me a little better with my weight loss.
