Holy cow, I have been busy. Sorry for not checking in. Rose, thanks for holding me accountable...I'm posting bc of you!! I know this week I was supposed to be checking in every day and logging my food eaten each day. I have been unsuccessful, but I have been successful at not snacking. I have eaten lunch out yesterday and today...Tuesday I was at my sister in laws all day and didn't snack there. I don't know how many calories I ate any day but Monday and today, but I do know that I did a great job NOT snacking on foods or binging on stuff.

I feel much better...I just changed my blog bc I just finished getting an hour workout in. I did 30 min ST and 25 min cardio...ran 2.5 miles. Then sweated it out and stretched in the sauna. Felt good. Made my differential go from nothing to 550! So pumped. After this workout, I'm def planning to get a good workout in either before my training or after. Get home and put the ribs in the oven for our cookout. May just do that so I know I have a good amount of time to not be rushed. Not really feeling an early wake up tomorrow.
