August Challenge! ABS-AUGUST!

"Okay —- I may be am insane but I want to do a 31 day challenge for August and am SERIOUSLY considering ….
….drum roll please…………..
100 sit ups a day
Anyone else wanna join me??
Over the month that would be 3100 sit ups !!
You can do it in increments of 10, 25, or 50…
They can be sit ups, crunches, bicycle crunches, combination of all of them…
but simply with the goal of 100 per day!"

I am going to commit to doing this! Something super simple & doesn't take a ton of time but something I am sure will make a difference. I will be doing crunches, crunches on the bosu, back extensions if I can figure out how without my ball, maybe on the bosu? and the plank! I am also going to try for a mix of different types of crunches and see what spark recommends.

ACTUALLY! I am going to add abs into my daily strength trainer so that I can hold myself accountable :)
