FEF Challenge Recap and Goals

I got back into the Sunny Gals team and challenge in about the middle of the season. My scale had started to climb again...to 175. My only goal for the remainder of the challenge was to be out of the 170's- that was it- just 5.1 pounds to lose.

I had success with exercise- the stairmaster and pool have been my friends- just wish I could be there more often! I have also watched my eating- really working hard to get the whole family to not drink soda and eat so much junk. That worked- but portions still remain a challenge for me! (Yes- there is a thing as too much of a good thing!)

So, I am ending this challenge a loser...I lost 5 pounds! But, my body will tell you- it did not want to let go of that .1 pound to help me reach my stated goal...at least not yet!!! Maybe this is my body's way to make sure I want it badly enough before it gives in!

My biggest win in all of this, though, was reconnecting myself to a group of really supportive, wonderful women! I feel accountable and responsible. I am excited to be back in the huddle- figuring out what comes next!

During this next challenge, I will focuis on a few things:
1- tracking my food. I really hate doing this! But, I will try harder because I know what a tool for success tracking is!

2- 300 minutes of posted exercise will be my goal...that is my MINIMUM!!

3- check in on SParks daily (as my internet allows!)

STay posted on my arrival to the 160's...it should be any day now!!!
