Slept in...it felt good!!

I went to bed later last night. I am also using melatonin to help with sleep. I know it is safe, because I was prescribed melatonin by a doctor...I will check with my pharmacists...as I didn't do that yet. I will do that today.
I was so hungry last night!! I had eaten almost to my calorie limit and was a little over on fat...everything else was okay...except the sodium. Wow!! Over 4000 grams yesterday!! I really have to watch that. I know that it can contribute to weight gain. The scale was nice to me this morning...so it doesn't seem to have affected it!! I had lots of water yesterday...as evidenced by having to get up 3 times during my long sleep!! Of course 2 times were already this morning. I don't often sleep in, but I took my medication late last night...sometimes that makes me fall asleep later and wake later!!

I am just thankful to be sleeping!!
I have a slow day planned. I am going to Sam's Club to have my cell phone checked out. I updated the system and it is giving me problems. I talked to someone at the YMCA yesterday and she said it was important to update, but that hers gave her fits when she did it. So far I can do everything except check my email.
I need to get some exercise today. I am thinking the Wii would be fun. I have lots of games now...so I just have to pick which one I want to do. Or I could just do the Wii Fit.
I have plans to eat very healthy today. I want to eat less fat and get all my vegetables in today. I am also going to try to watch my sodium level. I don't add salt...but I do eat things that have sodium in them. Just have to be careful about it today.
Well, I really do need to start my day off by eating something healthy. I had a banana and a glass of skim milk, but usually by now I am on Breakfast 2. Getting up late has some advantages!!
