S.O.S....Looking for that girl that was 144 lbs back in December...

K, so I'm angry...started out this morning as depressed, but now I'm just flipping mad. This blog is a bit of a rant. But I plan to work out the anger and get into a fix it mode...just bare with me please.
I weighed myself this morning...and guess what the scale said...157. WHAT!?!?!?!?!?! That's heavier than I was in the fall when I started trying to lose weight. I mean really? Who does that? O wait, me...my lazy a$$ does.
I started out depressed this morning...o so depressed, and got a chicken biscuit at the convenient store this morning, but then I started thinking and DING, those biscuits got me up to 157 lbs...so, now I'm mad...so very mad. I did this to myself. I sat around this summer gaining weight instead of losing an ounce. I did nothing to help myself and now I have three weeks until I meet my students and I'm fatter than ever.
So, goal from now until Sunday morning, get down to 153....4 lbs! Yes...I know. BUt here is the thing, I am pretty sure a pound or two of it is water weight bc I ate a lot of buttery popcorn last night...and a turkey burger at like 9 last night. (Got home late, but REALLY Amanda, a burger at 9 at night? Go slap some freaking lard on your a$$ instead)
So, I'm freaking out here a little bit...but here is my challenge...FIND the girl that wants to lose weight. Get over food and how good it tastes....love the HEALTHY stuff.
Rules from now until school starts:
~Eat 1200-1500 calories a day.
~Drink only water, milk, tea, and coffee. (No alcohol until I get under 150 again)
~Work out EVERY day (3 days ST and cardio, and 4 days all cardio.)
~Check in every day to note how I'm doing...and post differential in calories. Gotta be at least 1,000 each day to lose 2 lbs a week. I'm only doing this for 3 weeks, so I can def do it!
I start this TODAY. I coached this morning for 3 hours. Rode my bike for 45 minutes before that. Now I'm about to head to the gym for some running, elliptical, and bicycle time. I plan to not leave until I have burned 600 calories. =)
Food so far..
Bfast was that blasted chicken biscuit (500 calories...yes, that much for a not great biscuit)
Lunch - veggie stir fry (150 cals)
Post w/o snack - Spinach protein smoothie (150 cals)
Dinner - Taco salad 251 cals and strawberries 50 cals.
