W17: ? vs 233.25
Total of 17 weeks on SP and down ??? lbs.

I've been eating like I'm not even part of the SP community. I'm on my merry way of eating crap. Haven't touched (or eaten) a raw veggie in maybe...2 weeks?! Haven't been friends with cooked veggies or legumes either. I thought I'd gain last week because I was power eating unhealthy foods the week prior - and yet, I remained the same.

My guess is that the scale will tell me the 'truth' this week with a gain - so I opted to avoid it. I've neglected taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Been spending less time on SP and more time eating -- if only the sequence was in I reverse, I'd be better off. I'm back to the "I'll be better tomorrow" -- what a mental cop-out! Thank goodness I know that I will not have this mindset forever.

You are right. You will not have that mindset forever. I guess we cycled at the same time as I was doing the same thing. I am back and expect myself to be accountable this time.

    Come back soon!

Just let this go and start over today. Take a little positive step. Go for a walk. Go get a fresh salad full of veggies!

Breathe... then sit down and refocus... forget the diet and the exercise for the moment and just concentrate on getting your mindset back. Write down all of the reasons you want to do this... then write all of the good things about not doing this. It will help you see the bigger picture. Every single one of us goes through this... just not all of us are willing to blog about it. Some of us it's a meal or a day, and some get off track for weeks or months. The thing is to get your mind back to thinking about all the reasons you are doing this. Without purpose there will be no willpower. What drove you to start this program?...bring that back to the forefront of you mind and when you feel the shift in gears then take the leap and get back on track.

You can do this if you truly want it!
