A year ago, I tried this. I found I was not mentally or emotionally able, just having my first child, working full time, going to school full time, to really commit myself. But now I've got all the tools and support and focus, I know I can. I'm three weeks strong in a low-fat, low-gluten vegan diet with light exercise. I'm stepping it up this next week with Zumba. Really excited about that! Looks like tons of fun. :D
I want to be 135 by Christmas...wish me luck!
