Awake early and decided to stay up!!

I woke up early and decided to stay up. I know I could probably sleep more. I chose not to go back to bed. I am a little tired, but I figure after I go to the gym and workout on the bike...and fit in some water aerobics, I will wake up!! emoticon

It isn't getting light at 5 am anymore!! I just noticed that it is still dark outside. Wow!! The season is really winding down. I was told the other day they are forecasting another snowing, long winter for Montana. I was not too pleased about that, but I feel like I have a good foot on the exercise and will continue even in the winter. I know I do pretty well with my diet...although I have a bit of indigestion...as I had something right before I went to bed last night. It isn't really heartburn...just feels like something is sitting there!! I should know better!! And it was chocolate!! Not a good thing to eat right before bed!! emoticon

I am going to exercise and then go to my diabetes prevention program class. It is a cooking class today. It should be fun!! I guess we are having an early lunch!! I am trying not to eat too much, although I don't think we are being weighed today...so will go by my weight from home. Not too great of a weight, since I didn't sleep even 6 hours. Oh well, it will be better now that my car is running and I can get to water aerobics this week!!

I have to put in my food in the nutrition tracker for Saturday. I need to do that one day, so I can hand in a week of food intake at DPP today.

    I'm kind of depressed that the days are getting shorter and shorter! I feel like we hardly got a summer with all the rain we had early on.

    Good for you on getting up early, and staying up.

    I get up at 5am M-F to get hubby off to work. I used to go back to bed but now I stay up, eat breakfast, do the dishes and house work, go to the gym or do my at home video exercises. I've found that by staying up I have more time to do things, of course! And it just makes my day better.
