Ok Here we go.
So I tried my hand at Grilling this weekend. (I have not Grilled in 10 years) Saturday I Grilled Salmon Yum it was really good but I need to figure out how to clean the recipe up HFCS issues
On Sunday I made Made Turkey with South of the Border sauce originally the recipe was to dredge the turkey cutlets in flour and fry. I just sprinkled the cutlets w/ Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime and put it on the Grill. then I started the sauce it had Summer squash and Zucchini cut up, Onion chopped, Garlic minced, chili powder, Crushed tomatoes, and Green chilies
SO I cooked the veggoes in my Cast iron skillet
I actually cooked this on the Grill to to avoid heating up the house.
I had some Quinoa salad left over from Sat. nights meal that had 1 cup mixed Quinoa, 1 stalk celery, 2 grated carrots, 1/2 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup diced red onion, Dressing had 1 lemon, zested and juiced, 2 T chopped fresh chives, 1/2 t. mustard, 1/4 cup olive oil
Cook the quinoa to directions and next 4 ingredients. blend the dressing ingredients together add to the salad and toss to coat
Made for a very nice summer meal
