I've incorporated dietary changes that have improved my healthy regimen: PRUNES! They are a healthy alternative and help keep me regular, LOL I try to eat one GRAPEFRUIT a day, I notice an improvement in my skin tone when I do. Two tablespoons of COCONUT OIL per day. It increased thermogenesis and has improved weight loss. I limit wine to two glasses occasionally, like when eating out with friends and have substituted carbonated water or club soda with lime to drink with dinner. I have a BANANA every morning for breakfast. I have added climbing the stairs of the nearby lighthouse for added cardio, my reward is the beautiful view when I get to the top and I am meeting other lady friends who do the same :)
