A lot accomplished today.

My husband went away for the weekend. It has been a great time with me and my girls. Last night I went with my BIL and my daughter for an icecream in our 68 camaro. It was fun to take it out and the night was beautiful.
This morning I had all intentions of getting up early and going to the gym. Doing a swim and then a bike ride on the expresso bikes. But.... It did not go as planned. My daughters wanted some together time before my oldest went to work. So we all sat on my oldest girl's bed and just chatted and giggled before she went to work. Those mornings are so far and few between with an 17 and almost 20 year old, I just loved the time together. I did some laundry, went to the bank and to Walmart... I came home to make the veggie lasagna that we were having for dinner. I looked at the clock and it was almost 4pm and still no gym.

Finally I looked at my youngest. Gave her instructions and headed to the gym to do a brick.
I got a bike ride and a run on the AMT. I even went in the Sauna for 15 minutes....

I think an early bed time is in my cards for tonight.... What a great day.
