One week back at it

Well I have completed a whole week on track. Journaled all of my food, got some exercise in and even lost 4 pounds last Thursday at TOPS. I hope I can keep this going. I am feeling much better about myself and what I am doing. They say half the battle is what happens between your ears. I have been treating myself better and it is working. I worked out a couple of times during the week and it feels good to be back doing something physical. I was becoming quite a slug.
I think I broke my little toe yesterday, stubbing it on a stool. It is all bruised and really hurts if I forget about it and try to move it or touch it. I can wear my Shakas and get my slippers on but can't walk in my slippers. Can't get my boots on either which did not help with all of the snow we got this weekend. Good thing we have such good neighbors to help remove our snow.
The TOPS group I belong to is going to drop their TOPS Club affiliation and just become a weight loss support group here in our little town. I am really hoping that this move will not be the beginning of the end for our group. It is a good group and I get as much support there as I do here on SP. If worse comes to worse though I have my accurate Dr scale now and will follow through with the support of all the friends I have met here on SP. I can do this! I WILL do this!
As for the coming week:
I am.... going to track all of the food I eat and exercise at least three times.
I did.... stock up on healthy foods to get me through the week on track.
I will.... weigh in on Thursday at my meeting for my official weekly weigh in and my 1st of March starting point.
I am once again on my way and it feels SO good!
