Well, Sunday went well until my night time snack. I was having my dark chocolate and felt a crunch. Knowing there was not nuts or other crunching things in my chocolate, I immediately went to the mirror. It was obvious that it was a tooth. The whole inside of one of my molars is gone!! The only thing showing is the filling. Ouch!! The whole left side of my mouth is in pain. I am lucking I have some pain pills, as I needed one last night. It helped me get 9 hours of sleep and I see the dentist today. Not sure what they will have to do or when they will be able to do it!! I sure hope they are able to save it!!
I do not feel like swimming today and decided I needed to get my tooth looked at and not think about swimming. It might feel good, but I just can't think about doing that and getting to my appointment on time.
I didn't go in to volunteer today, just did some of my stuff at home. It is nice that I am able to do that when I am unable to make it downtown. I do have to go get gas and milk today. I will probably go to Sam's Club, as the gas and milk are both cheaper than any place else I shop.
My sister picked up my bountiful basket the other day, so no need for fruit or veggies. Except I might get some bananas. She will be in town again on Friday, so may get to see her again.
I am trying to eat good today, nothing crunchy or hard. I am thinking of a smoothie for lunch. I have strawberries and yogurt that will be good. I will put some protein powder in it. I am having fish for dinner. I figured it is soft for my mouth!
I will probably have some broccoli with cheese, as I have some leftover in the refridge. Nothing too hard to make, so will be a light, easy dinner. I will maybe make some whole wheat pasta to go with it. I am hungry thinking of food, but I had a big breakfast, so I think it is just because I am thinking about it. I don't think I am really hungry. It does sound good, though!!
Linda has a new great granddaughter. She said she is beautiful!! Her granddaughter had an epidural, but it wore off by time she delivered. The doctor said to her, "Well, you can say you had a natural delivery. Because you did!!" Gabrielle was 8 pounds 9 ounces and 20 inches long. I guess she is beautiful. I am going to go on Facebook soon and look at her pictures. I am so happy for Linda. It is her first great granddaughter!! How exciting!!
Well, it is only 79 degrees out now...maybe it won't get as hot as it was yesterday! I won't be spending much time outside, no matter what! I am going to stay inside and then go to the dentist. After the dentist I will get gas and milk and come home. Don't feel like doing much!!
Hope everyone has a great day! Enjoy it for me!!
